In 2020, the Organizational Study Committee and the Bylaws Committee worked diligently to realign the policies and procedures related to Convention Committees. This work focused on making the South Carolina Baptist Convention more efficient and effective.

Together and separately, both committees reviewed logical geographical lines, the number of churches, total membership, and average attendance within each proposed region.
